These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Grab A Pack website and online vending machine platform operated by Obiva Holding B.V.
By purchasing a product from our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. About Our Products
Grab A Pack sells pre packed Pokémon mystery packs through an online vending machine experience.
Every mystery pack is physically prepared and sealed before being listed for sale. Each pack receives a unique numerical code which identifies the exact contents linked to that specific pack.
Customers select and purchase a specific numbered pack. The contents are predetermined before purchase and are not generated, randomized, or altered after payment.
This means:
• The customer always receives the exact pack they selected
• The contents are fixed before the transaction takes place
• No digital randomization occurs after purchase
• Packs cannot be swapped or changed after reveal
• The system operates similarly to a physical vending machine
Because of this structure, Grab A Pack does not operate as gambling, betting, or a game of chance.
3. Product Transparency
Every mystery pack contains at minimum one guaranteed “hit” card.
This includes at least one Pokémon IR (Illustration Rare) or SIR (Special Illustration Rare) card.
Additional cards, booster packs, graded cards, or chase items may vary depending on the selected product tier.
Condition, centering, grading potential, and market prices may differ between products and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Reveal System
Customers may choose to digitally reveal the contents of their purchased pack after payment.
The reveal feature is for entertainment and transparency purposes only.
Once a pack has been revealed:
• The contents remain permanently linked to that pack
• The pack cannot be exchanged for another pack
• The customer will still receive the exact revealed contents physically by shipment
• Revealing a pack does not change the purchase agreement
The reveal system does not alter the predetermined nature of the products.
5. No Gambling or Loot Box Mechanics
Grab A Pack does not sell gambling products, loot boxes, or randomized digital items.
All products are physically assembled and finalized before sale. The customer purchases a specific numbered item with predetermined contents.
No algorithm, random generator, wheel spin, roulette mechanic, or chance based outcome is used after payment.
The reveal animation is purely visual and does not determine the contents of the purchased pack.
6. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise.
Grab A Pack reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
Shipping costs, import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply depending on the customer’s country and are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.
7. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within a reasonable timeframe after payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping carrier.
Grab A Pack is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Customs processing
• Postal services
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Force majeure events
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the collectible and sealed nature of the products, mystery packs cannot be returned after opening, revealing, or tampering.
Refunds or replacements are only offered if:
• The wrong item was shipped
• The package arrived severely damaged
• The order was lost during shipment and confirmed by the carrier
Customers must contact support within 7 days of delivery for any issue.
Grab A Pack reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or attempted manipulation.
9. Pokémon Disclaimer
Grab A Pack is an independent reseller of Pokémon trading card products.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with:
• Nintendo
• The Pokémon Company
• Game Freak
• Creatures Inc.
All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.
10. Customer Responsibilities
By purchasing from our website, customers confirm that:
• They are legally allowed to purchase collectible trading card products in their country
• They understand the nature of mystery pack products
• They understand that card values may fluctuate over time
• They understand that revealed products cannot be exchanged
11. Limitation of Liability
Grab A Pack shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order involved.
12. Fraud Prevention
Grab A Pack reserves the right to:
• Cancel suspicious orders
• Refuse service
• Limit quantities
• Block accounts involved in abuse, chargebacks, scams, or fraudulent activity
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
