How do I receive my pack?
If you choose REVEAL NOW, your card appears digitally in your My Vault after the on-screen reveal animation. If you choose SHIP SEALED, the physical sealed pack is mailed worldwide via insured shipping.
Can I change my reveal choice later?
No — the choice is final and made at the moment of purchase. This guarantees the authenticity of sealed packs in the secondary market.
Is shipping included?
Yes, insured worldwide shipping (€5.95 flat) is included for sealed packs.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx) via Stripe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay for one-tap checkout.
Can I return a pack?
Once revealed, packs cannot be returned. Sealed packs may be returned within 14 days if unopened and the authentication seal is intact.
