Can I get a pack with no IR or SIR?+
No. Every Grab a Pack is built to contain at least one IR or SIR before it is sealed and positioned. That is the floor, not the ceiling.
Why buy this instead of normal boosters?+
Boosters are total variance — a session can end with nothing. Here the mystery stays, but the minimum hit is guaranteed. Nothing wrong with boosters; this is a different risk profile.
How do I know the best packs are not kept aside?+
The machine goes live as one fixed batch. Positions are locked before the drop opens and nothing is added, removed or swapped once it is live. You pick a visible position; it is bound to your order.
What exactly does SOLD OUT mean?+
Another collector took that exact position. It stays visible in the grid so you can see what the batch looked like and what is left.
Can my pack be changed after purchase?+
No. The position number on your order is the pack that ships. We never assign a pack after checkout.
How does Instant Reveal work?+
After successful checkout you get a reveal screen for the exact position you bought. Open it and you see your guaranteed hit within seconds.
Do I have to reveal it?+
No. Choose Keep It Sealed and the complete pack ships unopened and unrevealed so you get the full opening yourself.
Can I combine Essential and God Packs?+
Yes. Both tiers sit in the same machine. Mix them freely in one opening.
How does bundle pricing work?+
3 packs take 5% off, 5 packs take 10% off. It applies across mixed Essential and God Packs on the whole subtotal.
