Grab A Pack

At Grab A Pack, all mystery packs are physically pre packed and linked to a unique numerical code before being listed for sale.
Customers purchase a specific numbered pack and receive the exact product selected.
Because of the collectible and transparent nature of our products, the following refund and return conditions apply.
No Returns After Reveal or Opening
Once a mystery pack has been:
- Revealed digitally
- Opened physically
- Tampered with
it cannot be returned or exchanged.
The reveal system exists purely for transparency and entertainment purposes. Revealing a pack does not change the contents or the purchase agreement.
The customer always receives the exact predetermined pack selected during checkout.
Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds or replacements may only be provided if:
- The wrong numbered pack was shipped
- The order arrives severely damaged
- The shipment is officially confirmed lost by the carrier
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Non Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Dissatisfaction with card value
- Market price fluctuations
- Pull expectations
- Grading outcomes
- Minor packaging imperfections
- Revealed packs
- Opened products
Every pack contains a guaranteed IR or SIR hit card as described on the website.
Fraud Prevention
Grab A Pack reserves the right to deny refunds in cases involving:
- Abuse
- Chargeback fraud
- Manipulation attempts
- Suspicious activity
